Medium garnet color with pretty ripe cherry notes and classic Pinot Noir aromatics. The palate is generous with creamy vanilla and French oak flavors which envelope the silky cherries elegantly. This silky little Pinot then coats the tongue with smooth crushed, ripe raspberry flavors and textures and finishes dry again with ripe bing cherry and subtle clove flavors.
This wine expresses medium brick red color and displays bright cherry and rich cocoa notes up front. The palate is rich with a sweet core of fruit - ripe cherry, cassis and wild strawberries. The wine finishes with soft tannins and enough grip to have excellent balance with the acid and alcohol levels. 91 PTS, Wine Enthusiast "Soft aromas of sea salt, baked apple, lemon and hazelnut make for a classic nose on this bottling. There's a slow-rising acidity on the palate, where honeysuckle, baked pear and toasted-pastry flavors align." - MK
The color of this Burgundian inspired fine Pinot Noir is medium garnet and aged in 2 year old French Oak barrels for 18 months on its natural lees with no racking. The aromas of this wine are of ripe black cherry with some leather and earth notes in the backdrop. The ripe cherry is sappy and rich on the palate and the wine finishes with an elegant silky texture best described as supple and combines well with the strawberry, raspberry coulis and a suggestion of spicy clove and cinnamon.
While excellent on its own this wine pairs well with any grilled steak topped with sautéed wild mushrooms and best with roasted fingerling potatoes and sautéed baby spinach. We’ve had this with Black Forrest cake and Cuban cigars with great delight.
The color is a very pale straw color with aromas of verbena lemon, dried wild raspberry with faint sandalwood and wet stone mineral notes. The palate enters as ripe, tart green apple, fresh Kadota fig with guava and light passion fruit.

92 PTS, James Suckling "Notes of dark berries with dried rosemary and sage. Hints of spices and dry earth, too. Full body. Sleek and polished texture with fine, silky tannins and delicious dark fruit underneath. Lingering finish. Very polished. Drink or hold."
91 PTS, James Suckling Lush blackberries, chili chocolate and spices on the nose that follow through to a tight and lightly chewy palate with a spicy dark fruit core and a lengthy, creamy finish. Better from 2024.
