This is our first release from now 10 year old Rosemary Adele Bruno, our lovely daughter, who wanted to make a rainbow wine. Many of you know of her brother Misha through his Misha Pinot, a fine Pinot Noir from the same vineyard. I started his brand in order to fund his future college education and this program will do the same for Rosemary.

This wine is made literally from the same grapes by separating some of the juice from the crushed grapes by pumping juice right out of the tank and then fermenting this "pink" wine like a white wine.

The resulting wine certainly has that special unicorn magic. The color is a light, vibrant salmon pink which offers intense pomegranate aromas with key lime and lychee aromas. The palate is juicy with sweet cherry and raspberry flavors with a hint of kefir. The wine finishes with silky tones which showcases it's great acidity and makes it a great Spring and Summer sipper.
